Regina has over twelve years of operational and administrative experience, ranging from start-ups to financial services firms. As the Operations Manager, she currently manages operational processes and best practices, works closely with all of the companies in the Owl Ventures portfolio, plans and executes annual events, and helps create and maintain the firm’s regulatory policies. Regina received a B.A. in Italian Studies from Trinity College, an M.A. in Italian Culture and Communications from Middlebury College, and a second M.A. in Archives and Records Administration from San Jose State University’s School of Information. She is a board member of Let’s Talk Ops (LTO).
